Chatsimple is literally so easy to set up; they could not have picked a better name for it. We added this to two of our marketing websites, set up custom Q&A, and were capturing leads within 30 minutes. Easy to Use & Great Customer Service

We get many chats outside of office hours as we are in a different time zone to our customers, so this is very helpful in filling that gap.

Also, the multilingual functionality works great since our customers are worldwide. It allows customers to get their information in their own language. Due to the sheer volume of information the bot can digest, this is also probably helpful as an internal tool when we need to check some information.
